Engel's Standard Fold & Shear Coiline combines production of blanks from coil stock with the additional capabilities of straightening, beading and bending duct sections. The Coiline can produce blanks for TDF® and S & Drive ductwork.

The M-516-IIFS-C Fold & Shear Coiline System with optional CEF includes four (4) Cradles and comes standard with: equipped straightener, ring type beader, shearing and bending station, notcher, dual head cleat edge roll former and a P.C. based control with Engel's proprietary software. A printer and an office link are available for downloading. The Fold & Shear is fully hydraulic with a self-contained hydraulic power unit and integral tank reservoir mounted safely within the rigid side plates. With the minimal floor space requirement of this system, with cleat edges is approximately 34-1/2' x 9' 5" with four(4) cradle assemblies. Without cleat edges is approximately 26' 6" x 9' 5" with two(2) cradle assemblies, the Fold & Shear can be installed in most shops or directly at the job site. The Fold & Shear, when combined with an Engel Free Standing rollformer produces duct sections by one(1) man with two(2) machines. Male Button Punch feature is also available.

The Fold & Shear Coiline can be used as the beginning of a Fully Automatic Duct Fabrication System for the production of lined or unlined TDF® or S & Drive ductwork. Maximum capacity is 5' (1524mm) 16 gauge (1.5mm) galvanized steel. Minimum wrapper size is 6"x 6" (150mm x 150mm) with maximum only limited by physical handling capabilities.
